Integration of cadastral survey data into building information models

چکیده
Cadastral surveying plays an important role in defining legal boundaries of land and property. The current practice for recording cadastral survey data mainly relies on 2D digital or analog documents. This is efficient simple parcels but can be challenged complex building developments. To address the issues stemmed from methods representing data, 3D spatial information models considered as a viable solution managing data. Building Information Modeling (BIM) enables colsslaborative management design, construction, operation buildings. There have been extensive studies conducted to investigate connectivity between BIM cadaster. Most these focus information, such ownership attributes, BIM-based environments. However, there limited investigation how measurements mapped into BIM. In this study, proposed method integrating environment includes identifying requirements, using entities relevant enrichment prototype, evaluation prototype. major contribution study demonstrate storage marks traverse lines environment. Therefore, research contributes further with incorporating elements related practices. Automatic Integration of Facade Textures into 3D Building Models
Visualization of city scenes is important for many applications including entertainment and urban mission planning. Models covering wide areas can be efficiently constructed from aerial images. However, only roof details are visible from aerial views; ground views are needed to provide details of the building facades for high quality ’fly-through’ visualization or simulation applications. We pr...
متن کاملBIMSL: A Generic Approach to the Integration of Building Information Models with Real-time Sensor Data
The surge of interest in digital building models combined with increasing sensorization of spaces is prompting an integration of Building Information Modelling (BIM) with real-time sensor data. However, current approaches reported in literature either remain theoretical or target very specific application domains, showing that there is no generic approach to assist in the creation of service an...
متن کاملIntegration of Building Knowledge into Binary Space Partitioning for the Reconstruction of Regularized Building Models
Recent approaches for the automatic reconstruction of 3D building models from airborne point cloud data integrate prior knowledge of roof shapes with the intention to improve the regularization of the resulting models without lessening the flexibility to generate all real-world occurring roof shapes. In this paper, we present a method to integrate building knowledge into the data-driven approac...

For the cadastral management advancement, South Korea has upgraded its system through digitization of cadastral map. Recently, due to the computerization of the cadastral management system, various work systems have been developed and operate in cadastral fields for cadastral book information services, cadastral map information services, and real estate services. Especially brand-new informatio...
متن کاملTemporal Land Information System (TLIS) for Dynamically Changing Cadastral Data
Cadastral data composed of land boundary and ownership has a very dynamic nature while conventional GIS data model assumes the world is static. In order to fill the gap, authors clarified the dynamic nature of cadastral data and presented the analysis of functional requirements, and then developed a spatio-temporal model and relevant functionalities, which can deal with real world cadastral dat...
